Location: Caribbean island of St. Vincent

Type of Hotel: High-End, adventure tourism

Overview: Since St. Vincent is a smaller island in the Caribbean with mountainous areas it would be most logical to use a majority of solar energy to power the facilities that we have on property. Because of the mountains in the area our hotel will be at the base of the mountain allowing us to take advantage of the water that naturally flows down to be used in our low-flow shower heads and toilets. Also, we will implement a towel and linen reuse program at the property along with recycling and reuse programs for all materials possible. Our property will be a bit smaller accommodating only about 100-125 guests and doing so will allow us to reduce the amount of resources that we have to use for our operations. The property is appealing to those that wish to experience the island and all it offers in adventure and the culture.
